Find the profit hiding in your restaurants. Before you buy anything.
We model your own sales, labour and food cost data to show where profit may be available across your estate, how much it could be worth, and where to focus first.

Where to focus first
Why do a review
Know the size of the prize before you commit.
Labour and food are usually the two biggest controllable costs in a restaurant. Small gaps between what you schedule, buy and sell add up across an estate, but they are hard to see in day-to-day reporting.
See it in your own numbers
No industry averages or generic benchmarks. The analysis is built on your historical trading data.
Know where to start
Opportunities are ranked by location and process, so your team knows where action will matter most.
Decide with no risk
It is free, covered by an NDA and carries no obligation. If the case isn’t compelling, you walk away.
What we look at
We start with your actual numbers.
At the centre of the review is a Profit Simulation: a focused analysis of three sets of data you already hold.
POS sales history
Sales by location and trading period show us the shape of demand across your estate.
Labour costs
Staffing and cost data show where scheduling could better match those sales patterns.
Food costs
Purchasing, recipe, stock or margin data highlight where food cost deserves a closer look.
How it works
Five steps, with a decision at each one.
You stay in control throughout. You can stop at any stage.
Agree the NDA
We sign a short, two-way NDA before any confidential data is shared.
Share the data
We agree the sales, labour and food cost information needed, and how it is sent.
Build the Profit Simulation
We analyse your actual data to model and quantify where profit may be available.
Our work, not yoursReview the findings
We walk your team through the assumptions, opportunities and practical actions.
Choose what follows
If the case is compelling, we agree a trial. If not, there is nothing more to do.
Step one is a conversation and an NDA.
What you get
A clear, evidence-based view of the opportunity.
You’ll see where additional profit may be available, the assumptions behind every estimate, and what a trial would need to prove. Then you decide whether it’s worth taking further.
Profit Simulation results are estimates based on the data and assumptions available. They are designed to demonstrate potential opportunities and are not guaranteed savings.
Your findings session covers
Presented to your team, with time for questions.
- Labour and food cost opportunities, quantified from your data
- Which locations and processes deserve attention first
- How each estimate was calculated, so your finance team can check it
- A practical trial plan, if you want to validate the opportunity
Questions
Common questions.
Does the review cost anything?
No. The review is free and there is no commitment to buy anything afterwards.
How is our data protected?
We sign a short, two-way NDA before any confidential data is shared. We then agree exactly which data is needed and a secure way to share it. Aggregated or anonymised data is preferred where practical.
What data do you need?
Typically POS sales history, labour cost data and food cost data such as purchasing, recipe, stock or margin information. We agree the specific scope with you after the NDA is signed.
Are the savings guaranteed?
No. Profit Simulation results are estimates based on the data and assumptions available. We show you how each estimate was calculated, and a trial is the way to validate the opportunity in your own restaurants.
What’s the difference between the Review and the Profit Simulation?
The Profit Opportunity Review is the whole engagement, from NDA to findings. The Profit Simulation is the analysis at its centre, where we model your actual data to quantify where profit may be available.
Find out what your data is telling you.
Tell us a little about your restaurant group. We’ll arrange a short conversation, agree the NDA and scope, and explain what to expect from your review.
